Delivery Time and Costs

The jewelry created in our Warsaw workshop is prepared in response to your orders. We deliberately do not keep a stock, so we know that the jewelry is being made for a specific person during its creation.

Order fulfillment time is 7 to 14 business days from the moment the payment is credited to our account. For individual orders, the order fulfillment time is determined individually for each order.

Your order is very important to us, and we will make every effort to ensure the shortest possible fulfillment time. During pre-holiday periods, promotions, and vacation periods, the waiting time may be longer than stated, of which you will be notified.

The order delivery date is the fulfillment time plus the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the shipment.

Orders placed in the ANNA SAMKOW store are shipped via courier companies: UPS and InPost.

Shipping cost in Poland and delivery time from the moment the order is fulfilled:

- UPS Courier - 20 PLN, delivery on the next business day (free delivery for orders over 1000 PLN)

- InPost Courier - 21 PLN, delivery within 3 business days

- InPost parcel locker - 18 PLN, delivery within 3 business days

- Personal pickup at the Showroom, ul. Bagatela 10/26, Warsaw - free of charge

Shipping cost outside of Poland within the EU via UPS Courier - 150 PLN.

Payment for purchases is also possible via traditional bank transfer
